My company pays me well, but I hate my job and I want to quit. I am dealing with co-workers that are awful. I am frustrated because I feel that my boss is trying to break me down whenever he can!
I’ve tried every possible way to communicate well with everyone, but it seems that nothing is working for me! My relationship with the HR department is really bad therefore; I never got nominated for training courses like the others although I am qualified and worthy. I don’t know what else to do!
